Condition: In excellent overall condition. The case is nearly flawless with just some small blemishes on case back. Nearly NOS. Dial has some lume burn around center & warm patina throughout. Lume is in excellent shape & is all intact. Movement runs very well keeping accurate time.
In-Depth: Wittnauer can bring tremendous value in the chronograph department, so much that it can be easy to forget they make other timepieces. This military style gem is truly incredible condition considering the life it should habe lived. Usually, military timepieces take a beating over time do to their intended use. Not the case here. This Wittnauer most likely sat in a safe or drawer for decades. The lume burn is usually a give away for this. The sharp brushed case is nearly flawless & the lume is unique to say the least.
